Video: Raconteurs – “Salute Your Solutions”

The Raconteurs has a new album out, entitled Consolers Of The Lonely. If you feel like the release came out of nowhere, it may be due in part to the rushed release. It’s speculated this newfound ‘out of nowhere’ trend (see In Rainbows) is the newest tactic in fighting off piracy, something Jack White’s Icky Thump fell victim to last year.
Speaking of anti-piracy tactics, promotion of the Raconteurs latest is no exception. I wonder if this ‘creepy’ controversy over WEB SHERIFF’s preemptive strikes will hurt album sales as much as potential piracy.
